Cadbury's limited-edition Twirl Golden Dipped trades the everyday bar for a caramelised white chocolate coating and a golden pack, and the brand is selling it like a piece of jewellery. It reached major UK retailers on September 16, 2026. Read through the pack, this is a color launch. Caramelised white chocolate hands Cadbury a gold it can build the whole story on, so the coating and the pack carry the same idea. The bar keeps its Cadbury purple on the left, then gives the right half to a peach-gold panel with the Golden Dipped name and a limited-edition roundel, and the cutaway shows the real coating in the same warm tone. The name does quiet work here, because white chocolate on its own can look pale and unloved on shelf, and calling it golden turns a soft beige into something that sounds richer than the everyday bar beside it.
It's a limited-edition Cadbury Twirl with the usual swirled milk chocolate curls wrapped in a caramelised white chocolate coating that reads as gold. It carries an RRP of 99p and is on shelf while stocks last.
Gold is the whole cue. The coating is a warm caramelised white chocolate, the pack gives its right half to a peach-gold Golden Dipped panel with a limited-edition roundel, and the launch stages an 18-carat gold-plated replica of the bar in a Hatton Garden jeweller's window.
Cadbury started rolling it out to major UK retailers on September 16, 2026, while stocks last. A one-day Hatton Golden sampling event runs on September 24 at Solitaire Jewellers on Hatton Garden in London, where one free sample hides a gold-plated Twirl.
